The top is actually a PJ top/bathing suit coverup- but I prefer to wear it as a blouse :)  It's probably one of my favorite shirts ever : it's seafoam and has skulls.  I found this belt while thrifting last week and was super excited because I'm crazy about neons and it was only $2.
